Omega 3's - Fast Depression Relief

A new study from University of Pittsburgh finds that LCPUFAs may significantly alter depression and depressive symptomology in young adults in a relatively short amount of time of 21 days.
 After 21-days of supplementation, there was a significant difference in depression status between those taking Omega 3's and the placebo group.

Dr. Kelly Brogan in her new book "A Mind of Your Own" states that the Omega 6 fats we're utilizing are found vegetable oils, unless organic and not genetically modified, are so "distorted" that our body needs even more Omega 3's to compensate for the cellular processes that have been disturbed.
